You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure a valid return, please initiate your request within this window. Requests received after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To maintain our quality standards, all returned items must meet the following criteria:
Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact.
The product must be free from any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or signs of wear.
Hittenuen reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these hygiene and quality requirements.
3. Shipping Costs & Policy
Manufacturer Error: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Hittenuen will take full responsibility. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement, including all associated shipping costs.
Customer Preference: For all other returns (such as "change of mind," "wrong size ordered," or "no longer needed"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our international warehouse in Malaysia.
Note: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Provide Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Hittenuen is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Inspection: Upon receiving your package, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days.
Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: Approved refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method.
Credit Arrival: Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 7–15 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you require a different size or style, the most efficient method is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order on hittenuen.com. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible.
7. Order Cancellation
Unshipped Orders: Cancellations are accepted for a 100% refund before the order is dispatched.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been handed to our carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL), it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
